Wish i had purchesed this earler. Ive been useing for a few weeks now and i love this quilt. Also my astma has been a lot better. Last night was the ultimate test i had no heating and no roof on my home and slept just as well. I was warm but not hot, even though i tend to sleep without pjs as they ride up or twist. Also unlike some duvets it fits the bedding no empty area in my duvet cover. Best buy of the year. So impressed I've asked for the wool pillows for Christmas.

The winter duvet has been quite good for me, as somebody who suffers from night sweats I used to find the 4.5 summer togs in synthetic duvets too hot during autumn even though they are meant to be used for the summer! However the wool duvet has helped to keep me cool and I don't find myself boiling at night.

I wanted to wait a while before writing my feedback as I wanted to see how the duvets would perform in the cold weather as well as the summer and I am actually surprised, it seems to regulate temperature no matter what mood the weather in.

I wanted a wool duvet with no synthetic interliner as that prevents the wool duvet working as it should, this one had no interliner and was priced cheaply too so I had to get one and I haven't been disappointed yet.

I tried it out since I had read about the temperature benefits of wool duvets but I didn't expect too much from them as I couldn't see how wool would be so different to the other duvets but I'm convinced after trying it out now. I haven't felt hot in the past few weeks when the temperature was high so these wool duvets do live up to their claims.

My partner and I had to use separate duvets in the past as he preferred a thicker duvet whilst I needed something cooler to help me through menopause but having 2 separate quilts wasn't always the most practical solution. We've been using 1 wool duvet between us for a while now and it regulates our temperatures quite well as it prevents me from getting overheated.

I used to overheat during the night even whilst there was no heating on so I researched on what would be good for me, I read a lot about wool duvets keeping you cool throughout the night and eventually purchased this one and I don't feel hot at all during the night now!
